Great experience! Denise was great in the office. They had some truck problems and were going to cancel the delivery but after I explained I had driven 10 hrs to meet them at site they found another truck and made it happen. The driver was also great to work with and navigated the boxes to their location like a pro.

I recently purchased a 20′ , one trip shipping container from USA CONTAINERS. The condition of this container was excellent, and I could hardly tell there had been anything inside the container. The price I was quoted was very competitive as I shopped the tri-state area prior to purchasing from USA Containers.

The service from my initial call to the sales lady that showed us the container to the very courteous and on time delivery driver was EXCELLENT. They are a 5 star company.

On March 14, 2024, four of us visited the USA-Containers location at Smithshire, Illinois. We were able to literally look over several container boxes with the guidance of Cori Sargent. Our purpose was to replace an 8′ x 20′ container box we’ve used for 10 years which housed our school Backpack program appliances and food, providing weekend food for needy students. Cori was very accommodating with showing us various boxes that might fit our needs, and she answered all of our questions. We completed a purchase agreement within an hour and agreed upon a delivery date.

The container box was delivered punctually on April 13, 2024. The delivery driver was professional and assisted with the unloading procedure until we were satisfied. Couldn’t of been easier. Needed a building our Goats couldn’t eat.😑😁 My husband showed me these, and they looked like a Perfect fit for some extra storage. We contacted Cori at USA-Containers LLC and had one in place the following week. You can do it all from home. So nice… She was very helpful with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

I have since called back with questions and spoke with Mike again. He took the time to understand my concerns, called me right back after being interrupted, and sent me pictures to help me understand. Had my doubts about ordering a container due to the mixed internet reviews of the various companies, however my experience with USA Containers, LLC exceeded all my expectations. They had a container I was looking for in stock and were able to arrange delivery in about a week. Today, Dan the driver showed up on time and went out of his way to get the container positioned correctly and was a heck of a nice guy to boot. All the people I dealt with were super friendly and professional, the container was as advertised and I could not be happier with it. Thank You!!!

Worked with a ” Super Nice ” lady (who set everything up ). Our driver was named Carl. He also was Super Nice, he was all about what the owner wanted… was 150 miles from where he had to be and spent more than enough time making sure I knew everything about the purchase, site, etc.. every person I dealt with purchasing our 40ft (very nice) container was AWESOME! Everyone I talked to here were very professional and friendly. The best part was Larry who delivered the container went way out of his way to make sure the container was right were I wanted it. Most companies would just back in and drop it but Larry and this company are there to make sure you’re satisfied. I recommend them to everyone!
