On March 14, 2024, four of us visited the USA-Containers location at Smithshire, Illinois. We were able to literally look over several container boxes with the guidance of Cori Sargent. Our purpose was to replace an 8′ x 20′ container box we’ve used for 10 years which housed our school Backpack program appliances and food, providing weekend food for needy students. Cori was very accommodating with showing us various boxes that might fit our needs, and she answered all of our questions. We completed a purchase agreement within an hour and agreed upon a delivery date.
The container box was delivered punctually on April 13, 2024. The delivery driver was professional and assisted with the unloading procedure until we were satisfied. We were very pleased with the communication throughout the process. We would definitely recommend USA-Containers to anyone in need of a container box! -Barb P Winfield, IA
