Customized Climate Controlled Storage Unit
Recently, we completed a custom container for a major corporation in North Carolina. They needed a portable climate controlled unit to store their temperature sensitive chemicals and paints. Thankfully, they contacted us to build a climate controlled storage unit for them from a shipping container.
We started with a retired refrigerated container and modified the unit to fit their needs. The end product was complete with:
- Insulated roll-up doors;
- In-unit lighting; and
- A/C system with supplemental heat to maintain +/- 70F year around.
