Here’s a few examples of the extraordinary services we can provide.
Can I come to your facility and pick out a container?
Yes, you can in fact we encourage you to come and visit us! This way you know exactly what you’re getting. You can also look at some of our custom modifications that may make the container even more useful.
Most of our competitors cannot offer this option.
What if I don’t have time to come and pick out a unit?
We have photos of every unit we have in stock and can send you photos of the actual unit we’d be delivering. We’ll send photos till you see one that you like!
Again, many of our competitors can’t even provide photos of the unit they would be delivering.
Do I have my choice of colors?
Yes you do, we typically have 3 or 4 different colored units in stock. They are usually gray, brown, red, yellow and blue. We can also paint units your choice of color for an additional fee.
This usually isn’t an option from many of our competitors.
When do I have to pay for the unit?
If you are visiting our facility and pick a unit during the visit, we ask for payment at that time and we’ll hold the unit until you are ready for delivery. If you cannot fit in the time to come and see us and choose a unit from photos, we will pick up a check at the time of delivery.
So with many of our competitors, you have not had the option to look at the containers, you can’t pick your color and here’s the worst part! Many companies will ask you to pay in full before the unit is even shipped!
How will the containers be delivered?
We own and operate our own tilt bed trucks and trailers. We do not contract out our deliveries and our drivers are great guys. We’ll do our best to get the container where you need it.
Many competitors use third party trucking companies that you will have to contend with.
These are just a few of the value-added services we offer! We also pride ourselves on having a full-time office staff – very rarely will you get our voicemail!
We also do our best to answer email inquiries within an hour or less of receiving them.
Thanks, Mike and Annie Alecock & The Crew!
